Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation programs. This role ensures successful execution across scope, timeline, quality, and budget while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining strong client relationships. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs across multiple accounts and projects.
- Define project plans, delivery milestones, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
- Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with architects and product owners.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, architects, and delivery teams.
- Drive agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across engagements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Process, Governance & Quality
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Salesforce delivery frameworks.
- Track delivery KPIs, quality metrics, and utilization across projects.
- Conduct project retrospectives and implement process improvements.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and margin management.
- Support pre-sales activities including estimations, delivery approach, and solution planning.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term engagement growth.
Strategic & Innovation Focus
- Partner with leadership to scale delivery capabilities and maturity.
- Stay aligned with Salesforce roadmap, industry trends, and emerging delivery models.
- Recommend tools, accelerators, and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Project/Program/Delivery Management.
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce projects across multiple clouds.
- Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-team engagements.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong financial acumen managing budgets and margins.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud, Architect – a plus).
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with global enterprise clients and large-scale implementations.
