Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive early-stage engagement with US-based organizations and identify companies that need Salesforce consulting support.

This is a consultative, value-led role, not a volume-driven call role.

The SDR will act as the first trusted touchpoint, helping organisations recognise Salesforce-related business problems and connecting them with Amdrodd’s consulting experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting

  • Research Salesforce-using companies across the US market

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to map processes and define solution scope.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Certinia configurations.
  • Configure and customize Certinia modules (billing, revenue management, PSA, accounting integrations, etc.) as required.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver UAT scripts, support testing cycles, and coordinate user acceptance.
  • Create clear documentation — solution designs, process maps, configuration guides and training materials.
